Wellness is the sum of emotional, social, spiritual, physical and mental health.

It is my mission, as a heart health coach and registered dietitian, to help weld all aspects of wellness together to build a stronger, healthier, and happier life.

If you’re unsure of where or how to start, or you need a more customized approach that meets your lifestyle needs, I’ve got you! My 1×1 Nutrition Coaching is my highest level of support. You’ll have the opportunity to work with me as your heart health coach to take a dive deep into ways to improve your heart health. We’ll explore your ultimate nutrition goals, identify your barriers, and create an actionable roadmap to make your new life a reality.

Heart disease is as personal for me as it is for you and your family. I’ve made it my mission to be a resource, coach, and cheerleader to men with heart disease who want to live long, healthy, and active lives.
